Beaker is Shorter Half when he forgets his meds, and has too much sugar. Except instead of bouncing off the walls, he sort of hovers about 2" above the floor like a hummingbird.
I seem to remember Crusty the Clown in the Simpsons doing that when his pacemaker freaked out. Didn't think it could happen in real life...
