While solving the world's problems with a friend, we decided that Kagan probably wouldn't be our first choice for the Supreme Court. The main point of contention was the fact that SHE'S NOT A JUDGE! If the government was a sport, the Supreme Court is the Umpire, and it's like she hasn't even played the game before. Oh, sure, she might know the rules, and maybe even is qualified to ump for a different game... but that doesn't mean she would be a good choice.
I hope she get absolutely grilled during the questioning, at least. But they're probably just going to ask her if she's a lesbian...
