Walked into the grocery store on the way home from church to pick up a couple donuts for breakfast; walked out of the grocery store with $90 worth of groceries. Sheesh.
Yeah, got four donuts instead of two, then remembered that we needed milk, and then realized that all the salad dressing we had was expired, and since we were there...
The funny thing about the "cost of turkeys going up by 17%" or whatever is that they were having a sale and if you had more than $25 worth of groceries (which was surpassed at that point) you could get a turkey for half off. So we got a turkey, too.

$90? What did you do, pick up four donuts instead of two?
Got away cheap I see. But, the government is quick to say there isn't inflation.

Hmmmm.
Now, did you buy a turkey, or was the buyer a turkey?
I may be unclear on the facts....
Hey now--it was mostly stuff that was on the list, just with a turkey bonus.
