Bizzaro World is Real, and it's in My Back Yard
Here's the story. A former CU Professor who compared the victims of the 9-11 attacks to Nazis has been hired (for $350, no less) by an anarchist group (and I mean that in the wackiest possible way, I don't want to link them but the website is http://www.gjredpill.org/) to give a speech on Memorial Day at one of the Unitarian Universalist churches in town. So a crazy guy has been hired by a bunch of crazy guys to speak in front of the only people who will listen to anything, because "truth is relative."
It's a confluence of insanity, and it's right here in Happy Valley! You can't make it up!

Well, to be fair, if he was too liberal for CU, he's probably too liberal for even the Obama Administration. As weird as that sounds.
