It's science!
Today, on my third day as a rocket scientist (can you tell I'm still getting a kick out of that), I spent four hours with a power grinder, denatured alcohol, and some rags. The test chambers got all rusty and needed to be cleaned before being painted.

I've heard that we scientists are nerds...does that include rocket scientists?
Well, I've got a picture down there about Shepherd Book, followed by 25-way rock paper scissors, accross from which is some lyrics from a Rush song. So, if I'm a rocket scientist (really, I'm only a lowly rocket intern), then I think the answer to your question is, "YES!"
