I'm guessing like a tomato, but keep us posted!
It was a surprisingly sweet tomato! I'm not sure what good it would be for besides eating raw, I don't think a marinara sauce would have enough bite to it.
Probably awesome in salads or served with fresh mozzarella and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
That sounds really really good. Now I just have to wait for more to ripen up...
You are forgetting some fresh basil.Layer slices in a short tower with basil between each and drizzle with good balsamic and you have one of the best appetizers known to man.
Fresh Basil and Balsamic..pardon, I drooled.Add a few slices of fresh Mozzarella, and you've got a side dish that stands on it's own.
